Ingredients (for 2):
- 140g 60% chocolate
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 40g sugar
- 40g self raising flour

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix 140g of chocolate and 100g of butter in a hot water bath, set aside for it to cool down.
- Whisk 2 eggs and 40g of sugar, and pour into the mixture of molten chocolate and butter.
- Sieve 40g of self raising flour into the mixture, mix well.
- Pour the batter into the mould, bake at 200° for 10mins.
Tips
- Alternatively, bake at 200° for 8mins using an air fryer.
- The batter can be pre-prepared and stored in the fridge. Before baking, take the cake batter out and wait for its temperature to raise to room temperature.
- A muffin tray can be used as the mould.
- To facilitate taking the cake out of the mould, line the mould with baking paper.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream:)
