Banana Cake
Ingredients:
- 3-4 ripen banana
- 60g molten butter
- 150g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 50-80mL milk
- 250g plain flour
- 1tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Squash the banana using a fork and add in 60g of molten butter, mix well.
- Add 150g of sugar, 1 beaten egg and 1tsp of vanilla extract, mix well.
- Mix 50mL of milk into the batter.
- Sieve in 250g of plain flour, 1tsp of baking soda and a pinch of salt into the batter in three additions, mix well.
- Depending on how moist the batter is, add up to a total of 80mL of milk accordingly.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan, bake at 175°C for an hour.
